Here's a child support calculator I made. It is just an excel version of the Worksheet B that the court uses to make the actual calculation. Only change the white fields.

Brian Prendergast. I have 50/50 and pay no support thanks to him.

Depends on the issue at hand, might be less expensive to get a parenting coordinator involved (although I don’t particularly like the one we use. Fortunately we don’t need her much anymore).

Brian Prendergast- If it’s an issue that truly needs to go to court. He’s beaten the shite out of my ex’s attorney multiple times.

Dampf, Edwards, Thibaut & Aydell, LLC on Jefferson Hwy. Family law. Wendy handled my divorce. They aren’t cheap, but you get what you pay for.

You need to do your part. Do a little research and find out who does custody cases, then get an appointment with each of them even if it cost you money for the initial interview. Even if you like the first attorney you interview with, continue interviewing all of them so that all the attorneys you interviewed with will be conflicted out and cannot represent the other side. If you hear that one attorney is particularly bad do not interview with that one so that they can represent the other side.

Most judges now days go with 50/50 unless there is some complete shite going down

This is not true. The standard for a lawyer represented father going up against a lawyer represented mother is every other weekend. If the mother in a completely normal/standard case does not want you to have 50/50, you will not have it.

I’ve gone through this twice now with the same result both times. In one case I even had the mother with over 13 counts of contempt (refusing me of my weekends habitually) with the proof via time stamped text message transcript and the judge gave zero fricks. The BS did stop though after I drug her through court.

Julie Distefano is a worthless hack. My exes lawyer lol. But she pushed and pushed and got very little but caused me grief and the ex money.

Interesting that’s the first negative post mentioned. What was so bad about her?

Man I am sorry it happened that way to you man. That was not the case with me. It was pretty much singed sealed and delivered 50/50 custody. They live with me now also and barely see her which is sad.
