Human actions that cause you to judge people's intelligence/common sense

I know that it's not good to judge and that there are bible verses about it, but I have two big ones:
– Drivers who cruise in the left lane and let people tailgate behind them or pass to the right without a care in the world. At some point between the age of 16 and however old you are now, observational skills should kick in and you should very easily put 2 and 2 together.
– People who use the "HMM" emoji, the one with the hand under the face and the inquisitive eyes. Again it's not good to judge, but people who use the HMM emoji after posting what they believe to be an extremely profound point are just universally doofuses.
