Just know one thing - the prosecutor is not looking for justice. The prosecutor is looking for a win and has no problems abusing the law to get there.

Most judges are former prosecutors. The deck is already stacked.

I left this experience when bering the same thing. My trial had to do with risk assessment in a medical setting. I just so happen to have much experience in that.

In this situation i thought the (short) deliberation was guided more by emotional that reason, logic and the testimony.

I left there thinking maybe we do need professional juries
