Vappie is a police officer. He has arrest powers.
Why didn’t vappie arrest the woman that they accuse of stalking the mayor and making her feel insafe?
They claim that this has been going on for
2 years! In that time, has there been any confrontation? Any interaction at all? Any witness seeing any threats?
And How does a mayor feel threatened for being photographed in a public place?
