Will be going to the Lafayette area. Any recommendations for boiled crawfish, either dine in or take out? Something besides Crawfish Town. I have been wanting to go to Louisiana Crawfish time for a few years now but just haven’t made it. Any feedback on that place?

Louisiana Crawfish Time (on Verot) is good.

For takeout, try Bubba's.

If you had to pick one regardless of dine in or take out, which one you going with? This will likely be my only time to have crawfish this season. The places here in Nashville don’t know what they are doing.

I had crawfish from Bubba's just the other day and it was really good. It's strictly take out because its just a little snoball stand kind of setup.

x 2 for Louisiana Crawfish Time on Verot School Rd. solid and very consistent. They have a drive-thru window for take out. Last week had crawfish at Dwight's (Johnson St. next to Doug Ashy) and they were also good.

If you're willing to drive and wait then Cajun Claws in Abbeville.

1. Cajun Claws (Abbeville)
2. Hawks (Rayne)
3. Crawfish Time
4. Dwights
