great recruiter knows how to pressure, and hurts and SEC team.

Hopefully that buyout isn't too high

I’m not saying he shouldn’t be considered, but I wish we could have seen him against tOSU’s real offense.

Not happening.

They are all getting big extensions at Mizzou and would you go back and work for the very same coach who came in and fired you two years ago!! I think not!

He’s someone with some Louisiana roots and LSU ties beyond just coaching here previously.

It’s understood in coaching that when a new coach comes in you likely are on the move . Don’t think he would turn down LSU on principle alone if LSU offered him a better opportunity financially and for his career . In a vacuum LSU is a better opportunity but it’s going to take some work to get that defense fixed .

You would lose that bet, I think Blake Baker is great but guys do not leave great jobs to go to work for a guy who cut him loose two years prior without even an interview if you really wanna know.
