Is this the year the NFL goes all in on poaching top college coaches?

Of course lots of smoke around Harbaugh who had success in the league, but also a good bit of smoke around Smart. These college coaches may start to jump to get away from the NIL headaches.

Harbaugh and Smart to the NFL is definitely possible.

I just don’t see Smart as an NFL guy.

I know a mediocre DC they can take as a position coach. He even has NFL experience….

No the NFL prefers to recycle the same failed head coaches over and over see Dennis Allen.

Watch all the position coaches start to flock to the NFL.

I do. He’s won two nattys and has Georgia at the pinnacle of the sport. He’s in his 40s still and if he wants to have an actual offseason to spend with his wife and kids, he’ll consider the NFL. The calendar for college is tough on families. There basically is no offseason now.
