Just read this, did not see anyone post on it. Could be more bad news for UCLA, this guy is well known for recruiting violations.

I think he'd be a terrific hire for UCLA. He won't have to recruit too hard because there is already talent in LA. USC can't get it all. Not to mention, he has an awesome track record in the Pac-10. (WASH)

I have to disagree, he got both Colorado and Washington in trouble. Part of his problem is he is a lawyer and tries to find holes in NCAA rules. That got him busted in Colorado which led to him leaving for Washington. Then at Washington he was busted for betting on sports. The man seems to have a lack of good judgement. He does better in the NFL where there are much less rules. I think because he has to compete with USC that will get him into more trouble with recruiting issues.

The man flat-out wins. He is definitely a person that would not be intimidated by USC/Carroll. He is also the type that could legitimately recruit against USC. I tend to think this would be the best coach UCLA could get.

It is in one of the most talent enriched states in the country, playing in one of the most infamous stadiums in college football, they could get better if they wanted.

like Karl Dorrel? I think this would be a great hire and he will turn them into a fricking monster. This is scary for the rest of the Pac 10, including SC.

He was a little known leading guy for the Ole Miss job at one time. But since they already have two strikes I know this was an issue.

Guess he'll help make USC even better once he gets the Bruins on trouble with the NCAA.
