Seems like a hire with lots of potential. I'd bet on him being a good recruiter based on his HS coaching success, I like this addition.

Young, with good career trajectory. Only tie I'm really noticing to House is the state of Missouri.

I think that it must be Kelly's M.O. to hire some very young, talented coaches with great potential to execute exactly what he wants done on the field........... Kelly seems to have a great deal of confidence in his ability to communicate the plan and teach his assistants on how to execute. I like what I see.
