Ok this is where I sit after the past 6weeeks of about 2650cal/190P on average..
I put on about 6.5 pounds... I'm hopeful a chunk of that was muscle.

I am now cutting back to 2000cal/180p as my weekly goal for Jan.

I'm around 187 end of day to start this year, Goal the same as before, lean enough for abs, and build strength.

Best to all this year , we get out what we put in.

Definitely overate this week, basically ate my maintenance on average.

Calorie avg 2317, protein 228g.

Came in over budget so to speak.
Averaged 2500cal, 195g Protein. Plenty of workouts + ran so.e tho

Good week on the scale saw alot of 182s. Funny how weight finally drops off after weeks and weeks at the same calories.

Avg cal 2200, Protein 184

Been hanging around 2200 to 2450 cal a week past few weeks and 180 to 200p.
Holding steady to losing a few ounces overall.
Gonna buckle down this week shoot to see 183s lbs consistently end of day.

Getting some thigh veins popping which is new for me. Prolly still have to readjust down pst 180 maybe 175 after I hit it.
