Take a look at Kasa HS200 light switches. That’s what I have. Wifi enabled, no hub required. Super cheap, $15 or so each. I can turn them on/off from anywhere and setup schedules
I have Ring Alarm and use Kwikset Smart Code 888’s for locks that are compatible. Super easy and work great. Congrats on the new house
