Driving into New Orleans this evening and will be in that area. Any thoughts on this restaurant?

Recommendations for around the park?

Thanks!

It’s a good neighborhood joint. Their crawfish are great, but typical restaurant prices. Signature side is fried bell pepper rings. Solid place if you want fried seafood and onion rings.

Beautiful day would have me grabbing some chicken and watching the sights at Picnic and Provisions, Saba, Misa, or Tito's. Even Pizza Domenica where you can see outside.

Depends on your taste obviously. None of those are going to be off the charts, but I wouldn't let a nice afternoon/night go to waste.

Get You Mom & Dim Sum is popping up at Miel until 6, great outdoor. And Mr Mao is an interesting place.

I've eaten at that place since I was a kid and I'm now 69 yrs. old. I generally stick to their po-boy selection and a side of either onion rings or fries.

I mean, they've been in business since 1942, so they must be doing something right. People in N.O. can shut down a restaurant if the food is not good.

Good oysters. Good fried chicken. Good spot, very casual.

Pretty good place to eat. Their fried food is good and crawfish are great!
Taqueria Corona has some good food and margaritas.

Solid neighborhood place. I like to go for lunch occasionally. Nothing is great, but red beans, boiled crawfish and fried seafood are good.
