Give us more details on what you plan to use it for mostly.
- Do you just want more of an outdoor kitchen type of thing since you don't want to use the electric stove?
- Are you really into smoking, or you just want that option? Or does it matter. I only ask because smoking is a whole different ball game, depending on what you want.
I'd say get a nice Blackstone griddle based on your post. Get a separate smoker if you really want to get into it.
That oklahoma joe option looks pretty good if you really want a combo grill / smoker.
