re: In the market for a grill/smoker

Start with a Weber charcoal grill. Not a huge investment and pretty fool proof to use. Not much better than lighting the fire and sitting down with a cold beer while it gets going and listening to some good music. Once you get the grilling down on it, then you can learn to smoke on it.
