I'm saying over
I'd take the under in a heartbeat.
We are an 8ish win team...assuming we don't have a QB debacle.
We could win 10-11 but that would require Jameis to be a QB we haven't seen yet AND the offensive coaching to be as good as it was under Payton...and the Kamara suspension have little impact (1-2 games).
That's too many huge questions, IMO.

The Defense by itself can win 8

They won 9 games with a QB debacle and turnstile along the oline last year. You think they regress by having an immediate upgrade at WR w/ MT back and the addition of Olave?

4-1 as a starter last year with under 5 INT in 5 games and no Thomas, no solid TE and no true WR outside of Harty who didn't play all 16 games.
You add MT back in the mix, Olave, good protection, and a better defense than last year, I see over 10 easily. If we play half as well as we did against GB in the opener, we'd be looking at a SB in my opinion.
Turnovers and keeping teams out of the end-zone or holding to field goals will be our biggest advantage.
Look at what we did to Tampa and GB....we held them to a total of 30 points between 3 meetings? One was a shutout and the other was only 3 points allowed. Heck, if we hold teams to 10 points a game, we can easily put up 14-21 points.
I think Taysom @ TE will be a plus for us although he lacks height like you want in a TE. He's physical and makes tough catches.
