Since you're going on a tangent on "criminality," what about "Hate Crimes" and "Hate Speech" prosecution based on solely unilateral un-PC Identity of Color, Gender, Sexual Preference, and the Politics someone is OR ISN'T? (and with it the loss of reputation, job, free speech, freedom of public thought, and $$$$ that can't be measured or quantified based on a different set of statistics?)
