You're correct, race isn't the factor. Culture is. It just happens to be that one race makes up the overwhelming majority of that culture.

Now that you have addressed that the problem is not race but is culture, can you find a way to correct it rather than targeting the race issue

No.

We tried, and y'all didn't like it.

The answer is mass incarceration and actually holding criminals responsible, and stop blaming "white supremacy."

But that will never happen.

The answer isn't exactly rocket science. Go to school, get a degree(s), don't have children out of wedlock, live in a 2 parent household, work hard and save money to invest in your children's future. Rinse and repeat. These are all things commonly known in every culture. These are all things readily available to every culture already. They don't require outside correction, nor should other cultures be required to force it on any others. It's infuriating to think "correction" is necessary. "Correction" is what started the problem to begin with.

No. It won't be corrected because a certain political party has too much to gain by keeping it exactly how it is. This is the exact result they were looking for when they put their programs in to play starting in 1964.

The race baiting and white supremacy fearmongering is part of the continued effort to keep the culture exactly where it is.
