Wow. That's the exact OPPOSITE of what you see on reality shows like First 48 where a witness is given TOP priority for a case like this.
They should have had BRPD detectives at his house with coffee and breakfast within 10 minutes of that phone call to get his statement.

Can we get a press conference now to answer some questions about how this investigation is being handled? Does anyone in the media besides Kiran care? Will they even allow her in the press conference this time?
