You’re looking for a screen not a replacement head unit correct? If your truck has a aux port, Amazon IYING Link The mount kind of sucks and there can be a bit of feedback when no audio is playing, but the wireless CarPlay works exactly as advertised and I didn’t have to change out the head unit of my vehicle. There even appears to be a new model with a larger screen. I can’t speak to android auto.
