Slight hijack, but are you very familiar with restaurants in Lexington? We did the Bourbon Trail in May and went to Lexington for a day. We were downtown and walked up to some kind of Hispanic restaurant on a corner that was incredible. It was more of a casual type place but I'm pretty sure the chef was a James Beard finalist. Been trying to remember the name to send some friends who are going in a few weeks
