man all you guys telling him to go low carb.....i know it will work but yall are really pushing him off into the deep end without knowing if he can swim first

at 310 and 100+ to lose, he just needs the minimum effective dose that isnt going to throw his lifestyle in such a loop that he decides to quit

then the comment on hgh....really? come on man, if he needs anything its a glp-1.

this is why so many get overwhelmed when most could lose 30-40lbs simply by slowing down how fast they eat, the order in which they eat it and stopping the snacking combined with simple amounts of walking.

then you can get more and more serious as you go along.

but i am flabbergasted at the hgh comment, completely blown away.

Well, maybe that is why I got down votes for trying to help a person

For me personally, going keto first to kickstart my healthy eating is an easier path. I struggle with just simple calorie reduction or straight living in veggies. I enjoy the benefit of not starving myself and eating some meat to ween myself off the nasty stuff. After that is just easier for me to introduce healthier carbs back as I have knocked out the painful part of missing sugars and carbs.

I have not done HGH, but know people that have to burn fat. That is why I said with medical guidance. I could be damn wrong, just know people that have. Sorry to anger you
