It's great everybody is being so nice. But you really need to seek professional guidance. It's just not natural to crest over 300 without serious causes that enabled you to get so large. Doctor, nutritionist and personal trainer/coach. The weight lose part is easy. But you are self sabotaging for some reason. Need to eliminate that ASAP..
