No he would not.
And if we’re being honest, people who have that sort of ignorance about how Louisiana election laws are set up shouldn’t be voting in Louisiana elections.
Willful low information voters canceling out the votes of people who actually pay attention is a huge part of the problem in Louisiana and the US as a whole.
