Honestly he is who I wanted to replace Johnny before Wade came out of left field. He is incredibly fiesty and is a fantastic recruiter. Has that douchebag-ness about him that makes him easy to hate if he isn’t on your side like Wade and Oats. McMahon seems like he is too nice.

Semjase was calling for Musselman way back when he was at Nevada in the declining Joneshoyang "It's Over" years.
I was screaming for Musselman or Tony Bennett.
Goddess Mulkey even before that. At least we got Kim in here. (Better late than never, huh?)

Cannot stand the guy. However I could not stand Brian Kelly until he was our coach either. I was proven completely wrong about him. I knew he was a good coach but did not like him. I feel the exact opposite now.
I don’t feel like Mussleman has the character that Kelly has though.

Yea I don’t care for him but he’s an outstanding coach. Hopefully McMahon gets it going here but I’m afraid it’s gonna be rough until the sanctions are known. So much of a cloud hanging over the program right now.
The whole basketball situation just sucks. I’ve had season tickets and there was so much excitement when Wade was here. Big part of me wishes we’d said F the Ncaa but I also feel like LSU doesn’t get to do that without being buried by the national media so either way it’s like you’re screwed bc they’ll create such a bad perception that it damages the program unless you “do the right thing” which ironically doesn’t seem to apply to their blue blood programs
Anyway, I see both sides but it just sucks. Now I’ve got a bunch of tickets and can’t generate the interest to even go. Feels like part of me has died.
Here’s hoping McMahon can get things going again but man it feels pretty shitty right now

I alternate between mussleman and oates as the two coaches who I despise the most across any sport. Right now, mussleman is in the lead, but only until the next time lsu plays the gumps.
