Tron does not have a regular stand by line. You will have to either purchase Individual Attraction Selection or join the virtual queue. The virtual queue opens at 7am and then again at 1pm. The virtual queue sells out in literally seconds.
You can do 4 parks and 4 rides in each, but it won’t be the ones you mentioned.

This is why I hate the new system at Disney and I didn’t want to be bothered by it
