There's no fricking way that number is legit.
I am for real gonna have to up my inspection game if this is true. Definitely have left some holes uncovered.

They aren’t each 2 full regular uteruses, and she doesn’t have 2 sets of ovaries & fallopian tubes (meaning 4 of each). Uterus is formed by some tubes whose name I can’t remember fusing very early in development (edit: Müllerian ducts). This has had that process disrupted (depending on disorder only partial divide/wall in uterus to somewhere in the vagina like with this). 2 true openings right next to each other would have been more obvious well before she was 18 and went to doctor about issues. It had a septum somewhere inside vagina which is what first boyfriend was hitting against (maybe have become more obvious after births or enhanced with surgery for porn).
Also, I can see a chance of getting pregnant on both sides close to same time but not that far into pregnancy. Hormones involved in cycles including the pause with a successful implantation can’t just target one side or the other. Part of increased miscarriages might be hormones shredding lining of both very early on in some pregnancies.
