Are there any bad seats in this venue? I’d like to see a band there, but the only seats available are at the back of the balcony.

Not really. It's a relatively small theater, so you should be fine pretty much anywhere in the house.

Bought tickets in balcony. Supposed to be 4 tickets together. They are seats #4,6,8, and 12. Are these together? No odd numbered seats?

It's a nice venue, but if your tall it can be uncomfortable because there is zero leg room.
