If she is that young the other thing, I will suggest is to not go over a holiday week like that. Not only will it be more expensive but anytime kids are out of school. The parks are more crowded. Just before and just after Thanksgiving is a great time to go and same with the spring. You can get the same weather, but for less money with less crowds

IMO, wait until she is 6. I haven't been in like 5 years so can't help with pricing but have been numerous times and think 6 is the perfect age where they are old enough to remember it all and also be more able to walk all day and wait in lines, but still young enough to be amazed by it all. I have seen far too many miserable parents and kids when the children are too young for it. If you do go, I agree with staying in All-Stars.

Oof.

I'd personally wait a couple of years.

She's going to get wiped out really quickly and you'll end up spending thousands of dollars just to carry a child around for hours.

Her height would also limit a lot of the attractions she can ride.
