Can republicans do anything about it? Aren't prosecutors protected when performing official duties? Sure they could impeach Garland and Smith but neither would be convicted by the Senate and removed from their office.
Not questioning the bullshitness of the charges and the fact that it is a political prosecution because it is. I am just questioning the idea that people would thing the republicans could do something meaningful about it even if they had the will to do something about it.

At what point do you realize that they are just using process crimes for all of this. At the root of it all they are blaming Trump for what Clintons, Obamas, and Bidens have all done. But Trump is the only one that gets prosecuted and yall see nothing wrong with it. This is 3rd world politics where we just put the opposition party in jail for process crimes while those in power get paid by every foreign advisory to this country.
Without equal justice there is no justice. So get back to me when you can explain how Biden taking millions from CCP is good and J6 is the real danger to this country.

If the DC Uniparty and Bureaucratic State truly believes Desantis is going to roll into DC and give a full effort to destroy everything they've built over the past 75 years...then Desantis better be prepared to lose everything he has. At this point in Trump's life, I don't think Trump cares....I have serious doubts whether DeSantis is ready for that level of sacrifice.

Will anyone ever in the future of this country be able to make the sacrifice? Or is that reserved for Trump and Trump alone? Oh, I get it, this country will only exist for four years plus one more presidential campaign.
