What about someone who burns 500-600 calories daily with cardio 5-6 times a week? Could they do 2400-2600 calories daily?

Ribeye with quail eggs, shoestring French fries with a sarcastic amount of ranch and honey mustard for dipping, finished with some cheesecake, bonus points if it’s fried cheesecake bites. Parsley on the steak for color.

Doe’s Eat Place - The Original

Broiled shrimp for an app, bread to dip in the sauce
Filet for main course, don’t need a side
My mother’s cheesecake for dessert

Honorable mention would be Chicken Parmesan in white sauce from Lillo’s in Leland, MS. A bunch of bread dipped in the red sauce.

you can. you just need to be honest with your calorie count and calorie burn. people tend to under estimate calories in and overestimate calories burned.

we are getting dangerously close into health and fitness board talk now though.

This is my situation, too. Plus, I truly feel far better when I am low carb. My cheat meal is whatever I find myself with a major envie for. Last week it was a hot fudge sundae. Week before it was my moms burger and homemade fries.

Fried seafood platter with onion rings. Burger and jalapeno chesse fries. Stuffed crust double pepperoni pizza. Ice cream. Chocolate.

When I decide to really pig out I choose Mexican. Steak fajita chimichanga with extra queso on top. Loads of chips, salsa and quac. Couple of Victoria beers to round things out.
