my man, I feel you on this one.
i was engaged to a girl i moved across the country to be with, and found out after 6 months she was talking to another guy. the shitty thing was i found out because her son asked if the other guy was her new boyfriend.
it was a rough go for me for a while - i drank A LOT, and moved back home. after a year or so, I met my now wife and we have been together 13 years, married for 10 in October.
it sucks, it hurts like hell, but it will get better man. hollow words right now, but take it from someone that has been ina very similar position, it will get better

Throughout this entire process, you are going to be tempted to please her to win her back. Fight the urge with every ounce of your being to be 'fair' with the finances. I've had several friends think they could win back their soon-to-be ex-wife by playing nice and being fair. Every single one of them has a monthly reminder that they are paying more than they should because their broken heart agreed to give their ex-wife too much.
