They do not have it either...in fact without US taxpayers footing the bill for global security Europe, particularly that part of Europe bordering Russia, would be living like third world nations or would have been enslaved by Russia 80 years ago. Thats the dirty little secret they don't talk about and most Americans dismiss it as "they do not suffer from diversity so of course they are successful". Neither is true...they are as diverse ethnically as the US, they have poor people and slackers and ne-er do wells....what they do not have is a fricking military budget which is bigger than the next 70 or so nations combined, with the exception of China, who are ALL "allies" of the United States. Americans make up 4.3% of the world's population yet we foot the bill for nearly 40% of the world's defense spending. Without our doing this there would be no market for anything produced in Europe because there would be no where to sell it and no investment in producing it because it would be too damned risky.

It is easy to pretend that the diversity of the United States is to blame for the US not being at the top of lists of best places to live...it is also dim witted and potentiall hateful. The truth is Americans are parents and the rest of the world is made up of surely teenagers living off our largesse. All Americans...regardless of the ethnicity or the cultural diversity among us facilitates world peace and global trade by paying for nearly ALL of the world's meaningful security measures...yet way too many of us are quick to blame diversity for our woes without ever mentioning the fact that the rest of the world is living off our diverse teat.

The truly galling thing is NO politician or leader on either side will say this outloud. Donald Trump, idiot that he is, did mention it quietly and the world went beserk because they know it is absolutely the truth.
