Not free on the back end of course but no out of pocket. I think people would feel different, as I'm sure they do, knowing that everyone is putting something into it. We look at that with great distaste because if implemented here we know damn well not everyone is paying into the benefits they are receiving. It would also be easier for them to cap healthcare costs as healthcare entities can't jack up prices knowing insurance will cover it.

We can all agree that healthcare costs are high now and they keep increasing every year. You'd be surprised at some point if we aren't paying similar healthcare "tax" and we would still have astronomical out of pockets on top of it.

I'm speaking from experience as I have a lot of health issues and have been with many different insurance plans over the years. I've heard from so many people and that includes myself sticking with certain companies despite lesser pay because the health insurance was real good and affordable. Imagine how much flexibility in the labor market if your insurance wasn't tied to your company directly?
