Correct. Gaetz and company removed McCarthy because he lied to them (and you) about what he’d do in the job. So Gaetz called him on it. And Gaetz was right to do so.
If you’re looking to place blame now then lay it on the non-conservative, Democrat loving RINOs like Don Bacon. His faction are not Republicans, but establishment Uniparty sludge who do not act IAW the will of Republican voters.
At least this fiasco has shined a light on who the enemies of the people are.
