Well that depends. Probably doesn’t help much here but in more benign litigation before a old perv judge that trait can be pretty effective.

This has unfortunately been Trump's biggest issue. He surrounds himself with bimbo real estate lawyers instead of scholarly ones.

That's a sick burn and all, but I think the location of that building, on 5th avenue in mid-town Manhattan is probably why it's worth what it is. I think if you took Trump's name off of it, the value doesn't change much. Serious question: what exactly does Trump's name on Trump tower add to the value of the building?

He got the most legal votes ever.

James, lol.

How many buildings in Manhattan have a name recognizable by 50% of the people on earth?

I would up that percentage. Him and Elon are probably the most famous humans on earth right now.

As to his buildings name...with the World Trade Center gone, other than the Empire State Building....is there another more known skyscraper in NYC other than Trump Towers?

With original Yankee and Shea stadiums demolished I can't think of a building structures to go visit. Maybe some old museum buildings.

And just like that, Trumps brand is gaining even more notoriety and value. Leftists can’t understand, you keep bring him up, more people flock to him!

I don't know how old you are, but the fact that The Apprentice was filmed there probably added a lot of value to the building. What other buildings on 5th Ave have people taking pictures in front of it because of their location?

How does people taking photos in front of the building increase the value of the building? The primary driver of the building’s value is its ability to generate cash flow from leases. So the question is: does Trump’s name help or hurt the ability to attract tenants? This building is in mid-town Manhattan. So of the pool of potential tenants which attitude is more likely:
1. I like the location and I want the address of my business affiliated with Donald Trump.
2. I like the location but I hate Donald Trump and don’t want my business to be associated with him.

My guess is location will trump (sorry) feelings about Trump for potential tenants but in Manhattan I think Trump’s brand is probably a slight negative. I know there are intangibles to consider in property valuations, but again I think Trump is a drag on those factors.
