Cliffs notes version
Canned French cut green beans .. drained
Low sodium cream of mushroom soup
Velvetta cheese
French fried onions
Casserole dish
* layer of beans
* top beans with some CoM soup
* top that with 14" thick slices of velvetta
* layer on some french fried onions.
REPEAT, REPEAT
Bake at 350F until everything is hot, melted and hot in the middle
