So you agree that it’s fricked up that FSU got left out this year like WVU did in 93 correct?

I don't actually. Because I'm all about taking the best team and not the "most deserving" team. Florida State played an INCREDIBLY difficult schedule in 1993 and didn't just run through it (minus the loss to Notre Dame), but dominated it:

vs. Kansas W 42-0
@ Duke W 45-7
vs. #17 Clemson W 57-0
@ #13 North Carolina W 33-7
vs. Georgia Tech W 51-0
vs. #3 Miami W 28-10
vs. #15 Maryland W 40-14
vs. Wake Forest W 55-0
@ Maryland W 49-20
@ #2 Notre Dame L 24-31
vs. North Carolina State W 62-3
@ #7 Florida W 33-21

That loss to Notre Dame aside, Florida State was the most dominant team of the 1993 college football season. The Bowl Coalition was actually correct in keeping them at #1 and West Virginia at #3.
