Too many to choose from. Obviously Michael murdering Solozzo is up there for me in the first Godfather as well as the Baptism scene with the murders of the heads of the other families.
Young Vito killing Fanucci might be my favorite scene in Godfather II. Both movies are masterpieces IMO

The Murder Of Luca Brasi....this entire scene is so intense and sinister. Luca all dressed up and looking like the last guy in the world that anyone would want to F*with.
Knife through the hand, strangled by a garrote, slowly dies and falls to the floor. Just great filmmaking.
