Back in the 80s there were plenty of woodcock on the PRMA. Numbers are way down. There were a couple of gentlemen who have since passed that would wait until after deer season and hunt with Springers. But only on cold days. That area has one of the highest concentrations of cottonmouths you will find.

I believe it. However cottonmouth territory is often woodcock territory, and hogs
