You missed the part where I mentioned a specific ego because of being a 5 star player you cropped a part of the sentence to fit your answer

My buddies son played at Neville with Heard. I asked him what he is “hearing” around Monroe. He said it is a NIL dispute. Said his mom is pissed at LSU now. CBK told them NIL will take care of itself. Also they are using the fact that both he and Campbell were five stars and Campbells NIL is much higher. Anyways..don’t give a shite If you believe it or downvote it..just passing along what is being circulated around the Neville community.

Maybe that’s because Campbell has actually earned it and Heard hasn’t yet.

Totally agree. My buddy said the same thing. Campbell has more than proved himself

Not directed at you, but this is absolutely absurd. Not sure how any sane person would believe that heard should be paid equal to Campbell at this point in their careers

Sounds like Mom is also counting on NIL. Not casting dispersions, just how things that were under the table are now wide open

We are at a point that if Brad Davis cannot talk him into remaining at lsu, it really doesn’t matter. Peace, kid.

This mindset is consistent with his initial commitment and enrollment. Heard said even with Campbell starting at LT, that position was his…so either start me or pay me as a starter for my potential or I’m walking…

And if this is indeed the case, frick him. CBK can sing the Ray Charles song to him for all I care: “Hit the road Jack, and don’t you come back no more.”

And the usual frickheads like the butt pirate and maxi-pad king will be on here blaming CBK.

if true, I don’t know why his family expected the same handouts as Will when he has the production and snaps to match

NIL is the ruin of CFB if they don't do something to regulate it. At this point it's NFL free agency and these greedy parents are the agents, and I know you hate to lose a 5 star OT but if I’m Kelly I'd tell him and his greedy arse momma to kick rocks and go chase the money if that's all they care about since he hasn’t proved he is half as good as either Campbell or Jones yet in my opinion

I agree completely. And if you are CBK, what can you do? Do you recruit saying to yourself: “Okay, let’s offer this guy because he’ll be happy being a backup”? No. You do what Kelly is doing and stockpile the best and most OL you can. In the NIL age, a situation like Heard is inevitable. Just one of those things. He walks. Nobody’s fault. Move on.

So you compare the state of the rosters of UGA, Bama and LSU.

The talent composite before next year will be Georgia/Bama 1-2 but Georgia lost 15 transfers this year
LSU will be 6-8 depending on the service

You bring in Evan Stewart and 1-2 freshmen WR leave - you good with that?

LSU needs 1-2 CBs right now and a underclassmen above avg DT and then retain their roster

What are we doing now? Having back up offensive linemen holding out for more money.

Someone has to be tampering
He has a starting job with nil promised somewhere and that’s likely better than sitting another year behind jones and Campbell and tackle is where he wants to play

You can almost guarantee he was tampered with by some other school who got in his mom's ear and said he could be the starting LT and earn a certain dollar amount in pay for play of he transferred. When stuff comes out of left field like this, it's almost always about money. The fact of the matter is, if Heard is more worried about securing the bag over development as a player, he was never going to work out here or any other place.

If this is true, it doesn’t surprise me. Too many of today’s youth is way too much about entitlement and “equity” whatever the fk that is. Hard work and results will take care of itself in reference to NIL, like CBK is alleged to have said.

If this kid pitched a fit and is sitting out a bowl game because he isn’t getting what another player is getting, let him roll out stage left. You cannot reward this kind of behavior or you will have a dumpster fire.

Cannot ransom the program for one player no matter who.

I hope it is something ped4strian like violating a minor rule.
