As soon as they take preorders they will have my money.

The one thing I don’t like is it being built on the madden engine.

yeah, i thought they had said it was going to be a brand new engine specifically for College Football, but it's better than nothing i guess.

maybe i should purchase this past iteration of Madden to "get ready" for it.

Yeah, I would have preferred a new engine...but my understanding is that the old NCAA games also used the Madden engine. So I suppose I'll deal.

it's something I'll accept just to get the damn game again. I'd imagine the effort it would take to build a new engine from scratch wouldn't be worth it to them.

My main concern is cleaning up the Option plays to make it feel more natural. Running variations of the triple out of the pistol in madden feels clunky as well and the body spacing never seems right.

fwiw ncaa has always been built on the same engine as Madden
