They are bad by my house, I live on Bayou Lafourche. My theory is when we had the drought, they didn’t have enough water to hatch, since we’ve been getting rain, they got really bad. But I’m not an entomologist.

Sounds like your theory could be true. All I know is they are much worse than they should be for this time of year.

probably just delayed their cycle and since we have had a favorable warmer winter so far they are going to town. Also feel like spraying isn’t a thing anymore. And I’m not sure it worked anyway.
