There has been talk of Minter wanting to be a NFL DC. Either way, if they hire Moore at UM then they will throw the bank at Minter to stay if he doesn’t go to NFL. I think he only ends up at UM or NFL

Miner's family is apparently all in Michigan and his dad is on the Mich staff as an analyst, but I'd bet he goes with Jim to the NFL, wherever he goes.
He's a star in the making and could probably be an NFL HC in a couple yrs under Harbaugh in a good team.
Moore would probably become Mich HC.
If I were Mich, however, I throw the sink at DeBoer.
