On3 Top 20 Most ambitious NIL Collectives

quote:

1. Spyre Sports Group (Tennessee)
2. 12th Man+ Fund (Texas A&M)

3. Division St. (Oregon)
4. Texas One Fund (Texas)
5. John Ruiz/Canes Connection (Miami)
6. The Battle’s End (Florida State)
7. House of Victory (USC)
8. OneArkansas NIL (Arkansas)
9. The Grove Collective (Ole Miss)

10. Country Roads Trust (West Virginia)
11. Matador Club (Texas Tech)
12. On To Victory (Auburn)
13. Valiant/Champions Circle (Michigan)
14. Classic City (Georgia)
15. Montlake Futures (Washington)
16. Garnet Trust (South Carolina)
17. Crimson and Cream (Oklahoma)

18. Mass St. (Kansas)
19. The 1890 Initiative (Nebraska)
20. Boulevard Collective (SMU)

9 SEC schools. UM has 5k donors and AU has around 3K. Those numbers aren't public so IDK. You don't have to be a millionaire or own a business to use NIL. Their everyday fans fund that, too.

LSU isn't on the list. We have a Collective. https://www.bayoutraditionscollective.com/ Todd Graves isn't an arsehole for having deals in Tallahassee. Its not his job to fund our entire collective. Nor is it the job of only 30 people. Its whoever wants to. And LSU has a lot of fans who don't want to.

If you bitch about NIL and don't donate, stop. You're part of the problem. If you do donate, bitch away.

Do they still have the card shop on Sherwood? Seems a good place to have autograph signings and make some money.

We have a good collective. On3 list is just like an opinion. They don’t have any way of knowing collective values. They just make up NIL valuations as they see fit. But yes go donate. Someone needs to do a better job of pushing the agenda for Bayou traditions.

13-15, two playing for the natty, and the other is arguably the best team for talent. Alabama not on the list either. Miami and A&M have proven that this ain’t everything.

I donate what I can. I’ve bitched a little bit, but I think some big things are about to happen with our NIL. I don’t have any sources at all, but just reading what some reputable guys have to say they think we’re about to be way more organized and it’s about to start rolling.

Interesting that Alabama is not on the list.

Funny that SMU is on the list.

It should be noted too-

Texas had a fund raiser over the sugar bowl week for 100,000 per ticket. It was sold out. They have supported who have guaranteed at least 50,000 a year for offensive linemen.

USC has regular lunches /dinners at 25,000 per table and well attended .

Oregon has knight with Nike who has vowed to spend as much as it takes to stay relevant.(and show off the shoes)

Conspicuously missing LSU and Alabama. As noted on many posts before, we and Bama are way behind the curve.

We have been able to make waves with some star players but the supporting players aren’t getting much.

What problem.

Who has the #1 QB, #1 WR and #1 RB committed?

The collective is one bucket that NIL can come out of for the casual fan to contribute to. There are other sources as we all know that aren’t included in the collective otherwise we wouldn’t have the recruiting classes we’ve landed lately.

Shouldn’t there be a link on the home page or a stickied thread on the recruiting board for donations from fans?

Need to make it simple for people to understand what they can do.

Well, I don't bitch about LSU much, if at all... but I did donate just now. Guess I'm set if I get a wild hair.

Also shows you the fan bases most desperately wanting to win. The most recent natty in the top 5 was almost 2 decades ago.

I don't gripe about NIL but that take only makes sense if you are talking specifically about guys griping about LSU not having enough money to compete in the NIL era.

But if they are complaining about NIL because they think it should not exist, that statement does not make sense. Of course, I do think NIL is here to stay so people who don't like it need to learn to live with it.
