It may not end up working for them, but the guy isn't necessarily wrong. The only way it will work for them is if DeBoer is given total control.
They needed an outsider not connected to the old staff to come in and insist on doing things their way to have any chance to keep the boosters at bay.
Doesn't mean it will work, but it's their best chance.
