People that have em sure seem to have alot of folks hanging out on them.
I dont care what the concept is, but something aside from more seats. I dont care about chairbacks, I have no problem with bleacher seating.

Think about how often it rains in BR in the spring.
Now, think about sitting on that as opposed to a chairback seat.
