Yea after watching the video this doesn't fit the title really, I mean he didn't refuse to blow just for the hell of it

That said cop really pissed me off at the beginning with the whole "nice truck......expensive truck"comment. Really showed where his head was at and what he was thinking's.

He very well may have been guilty, refusing is definitely suspect but I swear sometimes cops just can't help themselves from being douch bags

Except you are advised to by lawyers. Always.

It’s not even a plausible deniability thing. When you are getting hassled as hard as this guy was, you are going to jail. Period. They are just looking for reasons.

I’ve seen one case where the guy blew after everything, got a 0.0, and then was told he was getting arrested because it must have been weed or narcotics (it wasn’t)

Cops are thought to profile like this.

Also, if you are driving with your lights off, they automatically assume you have been drinking.

Cops aren't pulling you over for your lights off or expired tags or a burned out taillight. That's just to get you pulled over. They are ALWAYS looking for something else to bust you for. Always

I have cop friends they tell me how they operate.

I got a koozie from a DUI lawyer yesterday that said you should refuse it.
