They'll start calling or texting me saying "they don't feel safe." It's the usual crew of pussies at my office that really don't want to work anyway. They also start hyping up storms before they hit to try and get the whole office riled up. I work at a Fortune 250, so it's nearly impossible to tell them to STFU without going to talk to HR, which is my least favorite activity.

Easy fix. Tell them you will mark them down for a day of PTO and follow that up with "stay safe".
