A beautiful tribute. I can't imagine what it's like to go through the death of a child. God bless you and your family.

I can honestly say I would not be able to handle it and you are a much stronger man than me.

May God grant you peace and comfort now and for the days to come.

That and Alzheimer’s are about the only thing in the world that scare me.

I genuinely feel for you in your loss and hope that you find comfort in knowing you were a great father, gave your son love and everything you had. As a father that’s all you can do and from the way you spoke of him he was lucky to have you in his life while he was here.

Peace and love to you and your family and I hope that when you leave this world that he’s there waiting for you healthy and with a huge smile.

We held a different type of wake. We had around 100 relatives and friends of Jeff there. There were several drinks for Jeff on the table next to his urn.
I hope something similar is done for me

I wish peace and comfort to you and your family

Sir. I do not have the words to offer comfort for your loss other than, in time may God grant you comfort, peace and understanding. As a parent, our worst fear is the thought of losing a child. I pray that God's hand rest on your weary shoulders right now and give you peace. Bless you and God be with you.

The pain is for those left behind. Your son is at peace and has no more suffering.

Deepest condolences. He’s with our Lord now. He has fought the good fight and finished his course, and your lives and all of the lives around him are better for it.

quote:

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
