Already do believe it happened. Why? Not even the Russians called us out as it being a hoax.

If it really happened the first thing Russia would have done is said it was fake.

The Russians had the radars to track us all the way to the moon. During the HEIGHT of the cold war, do you not think they would have outed us IMMEDIATELY if we didn't actually make it all the way there....

This. If anyone had both the means and motivation to call us out if it was faked, it would absolutely have been the Soviets. Why didn’t they?

Never met a person with an iq more than 80 that believed we didn't land on the moon.
